There are 6 base stats of the character in the L2.
Let's find out how they work!

• STR (STRENGTH)
  • The strength modifier. Does an impact on P.Atk. stat.
• CON (CONSTITUTION)
  • determines maximum HP and CP
  • affects HP recovery speed
  • changes the weight limit
  • affects underwater breath duration
  • affects stun (shock) resistance
  • affects bleeding resistance.
• DEX (DEXTERITY)
  • affects Attack Speed, Critical and Run Speed stats
    • each point of DEX increasing gives around a 1% difference to all of those three stats (except at 43 DEX, where the jump is almost 2%)
  • affects both Accuracy and Evasion stats 
    • the amount gained with each point of dex varies, but as a general rule you can expect between 0.45 and 0.75 of precision and dodge per point of DEX
    • the more dexterity you have, the less of these two stats you will gain by increasing dexterity.
  • affects the block rate for the shield
• INT (INTELLIGENCE)
  • affects Magical Attack
  • M.Atk. has an effect on curse land rates.
• WIT (WISDOM)
  • affects Casting Speed for speels
    • each point of WIT gives you about 5% of Cast Speed
  • affects the chance of magic critical hits
  • affects resistance to some mental debuffs
• MEN (MENTAL)
  • affects Magic Defence and max MP rates
    • each point MEN makes a difference of about 1%
  • affects MP recovery speed
  • affects poison resistance
  • affects curse resistance
  • affects the probability of spell-casting interruption.
